He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Shepherd (Price) and Keenan Shepherd; and his siblings, Janice Bortz (Shepherd) and Tommy Shepherd. He is survived by: his wife Alice; his sons, Mark (Lena) and David (Gretta); and his grandsons, Zacchary, Elijah and Theo.
Memorials may be given in Bill's name to Community Church of Fish Creek or Unity Hospice.
