He was predeceased by: his son Kevin. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Sorenson; his children, David Hawkey (Linda), Bruce Hawkey (Brenda) and Terri DeNamur (David); his grandchildren, Derik, Kirsten, Megan, Trevor and Jared; and his sister-in-law Carol Uecker (Lee).
