She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kodanko and Ethel Kodanko; her daughter Janet Wehling; and her siblings, Kathrine Hanson (Lawrence), Laura Tesnow (Norman), Marge Potter (George), Marion Bredson (Gale) and Fredrick.
She is survived by: her son John Wehling (Linda); her grandchildren, Libby and Breighly Wehling; and her sister-in-law Mary Frances Perry. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and good friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Wisconsin Humane Society-Door County campus in Joanne's memory.
