He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Cote and LaValla Cote (Weborg); his grandson Brian; his sisters, Marlene Magno and Yvonne Nalbert (Roland); and his siblings-in-law, Mary Kiehnau, LeeAnn Kiehnau and Allen Kiehnau.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Ann Kiehnau; his children, Debora Rieder (Jerome) of Rockton, IL and Mark Cote (Jill); his grandchildren, Amy Rieder, Nick Cote (Charissa) and Brandon Cote (Amanda); his great grandchild Marten; and his siblings-in-law, Nap Magno, Gerald Kiehnau, Paul Kiehnau and Ellen Kiehnau.
Memorials may be given to St. Peter's Lutheran Church and School.
