It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Harvey of Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin, born in Saint Croix Falls, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 7, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Witzel and Luella Witzel (Olson). She is survived by: her children, Pamela Harvey-Jacobs (Mark) and David Harvey (Dawn) of Goodyear, AZ; her grandchildren, Jessica Heikkinen (Adam) of Brantwood, WI and Derek Harvey (Natalie) of Dallas, TX; and her great grandchildren, Mason, Ethan and Halle Heikkinen.
