It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Janet Noe of Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 8, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell John Godfred and Elsie Murtle Lundquist (Wickman); her husband Keith "Dan" Noe; and her siblings, Lois Carmody, Glen, Duaine and Richard Lundquist.
She is survived by: her children, Deb Blaha (Mark) of Sturgeon Bay, Sherry Fruhauff (Greg) of Casa Grande, AZ, Scott Badtke of De Pere and Mark Badtke (Julie) of De Pere; her grandchildren, Efrem (Kelly), Mandy (Jason), Emily (Luke), Nick, Shaina (Eric), Chelsea (Jake), Kaella and Jessica; her great grandchildren, Jameson, Ella, Elliot, Eli and Noah; and her sister Judy Lundquist.
Those in attendance of the visitation and/or funeral service are to wear face masks and maintain social distancing.
