He is survived by: his spouse Kathy; his children, Kirk Warren of Green Bay, Erika Dahlstrom (AJ) of Green Bay and Evan Warren of Green Bay; and his siblings, Cheryl, Sensenbrenner, Gregg Warren (Mary Kay), Lyle Warren and Tara Warren. He is also survived by many aunts and uncles; cousins, and friends.
