He is survived by: his wife Joyce Hanamann; his children, Greg Malvitz (Sheree), Debbie Janssen (Jim), Paula Braun (Robert), JoAnn VanPay (Tom), Kathy Gerdmann (Joe), Kim Pallex (Jeff) and Kelli Harvey (Steve); his grandchildren, Ashlee Vaughn (Chris), Alicia Kleiman (Josh), Abby Bruening (Travis), Josh Braun (Casey), Brooke Detert (Jeff), JohnE Anstett (Leah), Josh VanPay (Kendall), Amber Remaker (Nic), Alex Gerdmann (Brittany), Vince Pallex, Cody Harvey (Wendy), Shane Harvey (Beth), Shad Harvey (Amanda) and Terra Warino (Dustin); his great grandchildren, Owen, Drew, Bryn Vaughn, Miles, Tate, Davis Kleiman, Ellie, Willa, Henry Bruening, Emily, Wyatt Detert, Gavin, Ayden Remaker, Nora Gerdmann, Keldon Harvey and Emery Warino; his siblings, Wayne Malvitz, Jeanette Brusda and Dolly Schoenike (Kenneth); and his sister-in-law Carole Hanamann.
