She was predeceased by: her parents, William Baumlisberger and Kemp Baumlisberger; and her siblings-in-law, Vernon Alvin (Virginia), Arvid Alvin (Janet) and Nancy Alvin.
She is survived by: her husband Walter; her daughters, Linda Thomas (AJ), Cheri Meyvis (Dan) and Gwen Mitsche (Jim); her grandchildren, Carol Campbell (Joe), Kate Mouton (Jamie), Nate Meyvis, Matthew Mitsche (Kimberly), Diana Millspaugh (Andrew), David Mitsche and Michael Mitsche (McKenna); her great grandchildren, Jack Campbell, Grant Campbell, Maxwell Mouton, Elliott Mouton, Robin Meyvis, Sebastian Mitsche, Lucas Millspaugh and Ethan Millspaugh; her brother-in-law Harold Alvin; and her cousin Mary Carlyle Metzner.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Frances' name to the Chemistry Department at Wittenberg University or Unity Hospice.
