"Bud" Schopf (Bev) of Sturgeon Bay, Linda Junion (Terry), Patricia Schopf and Gary Schopf (Kim); her grandchildren, Debbie Kvitek (Patrick), Lori Kurkiewicz (Mike), Gina Hershfield, Heath Schopf (Nicki), Matthew Schopf (Alicia), Jeffrey Junion, Christopher Junion (Della Londo) and Stephanie Peterson (Jake); her great grandchildren, Alex, Ashley Hershfield, Luke, Angie Stiles, Wyatt Kurkiewicz, Ryan Kvitek, Nathan, Brandon, Michael Schopf, Alaina, Leah Schopf, Lauren, Tommy Junion, Clayton, Caleb and Cole Peterson; her siblings, Anna Mae Smith of Sturgeon Bay and William Schartner, Jr. (Leanne) of Sturgeon Bay; her sister-in-law Sally Schopf; her son James Schopf; her parents-in-law, John and Henrietta Schopf (Steinke); and her siblings-in-law, Orville Schopf, Ralph Smith and Mary Wanke (William). She was also cherished by nieces and nephews; cousins; other relatives; and friends.
Memorials may be given in Betty's name for the St. Joseph Educational Endowment Fund.
