He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Lockhart and Vella Helene Lockhart (Richter) of Washington Island. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Emilie Busse; his children, Laurie Fischer of Arkansas, Timothy Lockhart of Florida and Teresa Lockhart of Sturgeon Bay; his grandchildren, Craig Fischer, Jacob Fischer, Keegan Lockhart and Kyle Lockhart; and his sister Donna Jorgenson (Gordon) of Illinois. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
