It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David Dejonge (Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on November 19, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerrit DeJonge and Jannette DeJonge (Fox); and his sister Nancy Petersen. He is survived by: his former wife Marilyn Miller (Lynn); his wife Lynn DeJonge; his children, Pat Keane (Gary) and Gerrit DeJonge (Lonnie); his grandchildren, Tom Keane (Erin) and Emily Smith (Nick); his great grandchildren, Michael Keane and Hannah Smith; and his brothers-in-law, Allen Miller (Vicki Dirst) and Robert Petersen. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
After David was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease, Lynn took care of him at home for a number of years.
