He was predeceased by: his father Chester "Joe"; and his sister Laurel Nessinger. He is survived by: his mother Betty Lou Nessinger (Jorgenson) of Algoma; his sons, John Nessinger (Joni) of Forestville and Jason Nessinger (Jessica) of Sturgeon Bay; his brothers, Dan "Heimer" Nessinger (Kathy) of Algoma and Robert Nessinger (Judy) of Minnesota; and his children, Michael and Vonnie Nessinger of Kingsford, MI.. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
