She is survived by: her children, David Lewis (Trudy) of Des Plaines, IL, Kathryn Dechambre Neylon (Rick) of Corry, PA, Thomas Lewis (Cathie) of Rehoboth Beach, DE, Barbara Lewis of Sturgeon Bay and John Lewis of Niwot, CO; her grandchildren, Andrew Lewis (Jennifer), Matthew Lewis (Natalie Wagner), Katie Dechambre (Phil Gieschen), Sarah Dechambre, Zachary Lewis (Monika), Mark Lewis (Rebekah), Elyssa, Jake and Tanner Lewis; her great grandchildren, Kendall, Harper, Peter, Ian, Oliver and Elliot; and her brother Lloyd Anderson (Gloria) of Green Bay. She is also survived by her parents had 21 siblings, giving her 40 first cousins.
