He was predeceased by: his parents, Casper Chouinard and Ann Chouinard (LaMere); his son Donald J. Chouinard; and his former wife Betty Chouinard. He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, Debra Ann Parson (Wayne), Robert Chouinard (Dori) and Michelle Jorgensen (Scott); his grandsons, Jason Parson, Austin and Nathan Jorgensen; and his siblings, Joan (Eggert), Jack Anderson, Carole Golden and John Chouinard (Joan). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
