It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carroll Cihlar (Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin), born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 21, 2018, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph; and her brothers, Warren, Roy and James. She is survived by: her children, Charlotte LaCrosse (Lynn) of Sturgeon Bay, Gregory Cihlar (Joanne) of Sturgeon Bay, Laura Tice (Jon) of Sturgeon Bay, Barbara Cihlar (David Maier) of Sturgeon Bay and Jospeh Cihlar (Lisa) of Brodhead, WI.; and her sisters-in-law, Dorothy Cihlar and Janice Lehnert. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
