She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenway Luedtke and Myrtle Luedtke (Kudick); and her husband Donald Jacquart. She is survived by: her children, Kevin Haegele (Daisy), Kandace Haegele and Kim Haegele; her grandchildren, Alex Vlies (Marge), Samantha Zitlow (Ron) and Jennifer Ryterski (Alex); and her siblings, Roger Luedtke (Jan), Linda Neuzil (Roger) and Lou Ann Easton (Ray). She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
