With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Below Kletzien of Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin, born in Evanston, Illinois, who passed away on July 13, 2023 at the age of 96. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Barbara Below Kletzien to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Below and Florence Below (Fox); her brother Martin "Foxie" Below (Patricia); her brother-in-law Wade Fetzer III; and her pets, Cara, Thunder and Misty.
She is survived by: her children, William "Bill" Kletzien (Cheryl) of Sturgeon Bay and Jackie Graham (Bob) of Montana; her grandchildren, Baxter Graham of Madison, Billy Kletzien (Kelly) of Sturgeon Bay and Dr. Heidi Kletzien; her sister Beverly Fetzer of Glencoe, IL; and her pet Blue. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be given in her memory to Sturgeon Bay United Methodist Church, or Door County Medical Center Auxiliary.
