We are sad to announce that on July 18, 2018, at the age of 94, Alvina Matzke (Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin), born in Forestville, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Birnschein (Kenneth) of Valmy, Millie Sunstrom (late Philip) of New Brunsfels, TX, Priscilla Kopczynski (Keith) of Bristol and Rachel Ryan (Greg) of Sheboygan; her grandchildren, Sara Daubner (Terry), Bryan Birnschein (Ann), Steve Sunstrom (Terri), James Sunstrom (Lexi), Matthew, Jeremy, Kristin Matzke, Karl Kopczynski, Brittany Gauger (Jonah), Ben, Lukas, David and Seth Kopczynski; her sister Eunice Gauger; her sisters-in-law, Laura Matzke and Mary Matzke; her husband Ruben; her son-in-law Philip Sunstrom; and her siblings, George, Dorothy, Ruth, Irene, Delores and Bertine. She is also survived by brothers-in-law, and sisters-in-law.
In lieu of flowers, memorial's may be directed to mom's favorite charity: St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
