We are sad to announce that on February 8, 2025, at the age of 66, Randy R Schwantes of Stratford, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Schwantes and Darlene Schwantes (Cepress) of Marshfield; his close friend Cindy Kiehl; his brother Lonnie; and his mother-in-law Patricia Untiedt.
He is survived by: his wife Beth Stewart; his sons, Josh Schwantes (Amy) and Luke Schwantes (Myranda); his stepchildren, Shelley Downey (Jeff), Kim Lau (Jim), Craig Griesbach (Sara), Eric Stewart (Pamela) and Jason Stewart (Stephanie); his son-in-law Mark Babcock; his grandchildren, Dustin (Hannah), Cole, Carter Babcock, Teryn Kuse (Justin), Regynn, Bodyn Lau, Makayla, Brayden, Molly Schwantes, Owen, Lillian, Emma, Willa Griesbach, Jade Schwantes, Olivia and Evelyn Stewart; his great grandchild Blakely Babcock; his sisters, Cheryl Schwantes and Lisa Reed (Alan); his half-sister Rochelle Lofton (Johnny); his father-in-law Harry Untiedt; and his siblings-in-law, Jeff, Susan and Debbie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hansen-Schilling Funeral Home (1010 E Veterans Pkwy, Marshfield, WI 54449). A memorial service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A celebration of life was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at 305 N 3rd Ave, Stratford, WI 54449.
