He is survived by: his wife Kathy Woitynek (Mellentine); his children, Sean Woitynek (Kristen), Brian Woitynek and Stephanie (Josh Snyder); his brother William Woitynek (Linda); and his grandchildren, Elizabeth Woitynek, Kyleigh Woitynek and Deacon Snyder. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
