He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Hayes and Thea Hayes (Martin); his brothers, Curtis and James; and his sisters-in-law, Dona and Ardella.
He is survived by: his wife Marjorie A Zoellner; his children, Bonnie of Marshfield, Thomas (Deborah) and Daniel of Stratford; and his granddaughters, Hannah and Hailey. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
