He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Haase and Loretta Haase (Gerrits); his brothers, Dennis and Alan Haase; and his brother-in-law Robert Malloy.

He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Kaiser; and his siblings, Richard Haase (Geri) of Greenwood, Ruth Malloy of Belvedere, IL and Debra Rueth (Terry) of Loyal. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
