He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ellsworth and Diane Alvenne Fretwell (Roseberry); and his wife Candy. He is survived by: his sister Tracy; his children, Bethany, Travis and Shawn; and his grandchildren, Jeremiah, Josiah, Christian, Gabriel, Paisley, Abigail and Peyton Further. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
