He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Siebenbaum and Christine Siebenbaum of German; his wife Myrtle Siebenbaum; and his sisters, Olga Olcott, Ingeline Van Deusen and Gertrude Ramich.
He is survived by: his siblings, Anna Hogan of New York, Ruth Kinney of Florida and Arnold; his sister-in-law Jean Bye; and his friends, Jon and Georgia Paulson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Walt's name to Central Lutheran Church of Edgerton or Skaalen Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of Stoughton.
