It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thelma Skaar (Stoughton, Wisconsin), who passed away on July 21, 2018, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Robert; her daughter Sylvia; and her siblings, James, Marvin, Stanley, Randall, Eva and Margaret.
She is survived by: her son Steven Skaar (Gail); her grandchildren, Amanda Phelps (Brad), Adam Skaar (Lori), Nyssa Phelps, Taryn Phelps, Ethan Skaar and Joe Skaar; and her sister-in-law Joan Thompson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
