It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Stephen John Triggs of Stoughton, Wisconsin, born in Madison, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 1, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Triggs and Phyllis Triggs; his wife Judy Clermont; his daughter Karen Nesbit (Ed); his grandchildren, Trisha and Andrew; his great grandchild Jasmine; and his brothers, Donald, Raymond, Gregory and Stanley.

He is survived by: his children, Debra Ball (Craig), Stephen C. Triggs and David Triggs-Smith (Joe); his grandchildren, Chad Nesbit, Joel Nesbit (Kelly), Gavin Ball (Amy) and Tanya Wiedenbeck (Troy); his great grandchildren, Violet, Tatum, Olivia, Rockton, Ryker, Ronan, Lovelyn and Landin; and his brother Phillip Triggs. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Dane County Humane Society.
