He was predeceased by: his parents, John Collins and Mary Collins (Clark). He is survived by: his wife Anne (Loichinger); his daughter Joanna Collins; his siblings, Marybeth DiVincenzo (Gary) of Brigantine, NJ, Sheilah Collins (Mary Zimmerman) of Pylesville, MD and Paul Collins (Joanna) of Doylestown, PA; and his siblings-in-law, Lynn Loichinger of St. Charles, IL, Carol Loichinger of Fishers, IN, Beth Thieme (Al) of Saginaw, MI, Mark Loichinger (Sharon) of Plainwell, MI and Gregg Loichinger (Nancy) of Allen Park, MI. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
