She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Stadele and Mary Stadele (Schneider); her husband Martin J. Gassen of Richland Center; and her siblings, Kathryn Herold, Regina Hennessy, Agnes Kinyon, Dorothy Lester, Bernard, Clement, Donald, Anthony and Francis Stadele.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Vidlock (Dave) of Cross Plains, Dennis (Jeanne) of Deerfield, Ed (Grace) of Broadhead, Tom (Fernanda) of Palm Coast, FL, Kevin (Nita), Nancy Thruman (Rick) of Stoughton, Jeff (Tammy) of Stoughton and Julie Bruni (Chris) of Poynette. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren; and 22 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to St. Ann Parish, or the charity of the donor's choice.
