He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Rowe and Virginia Rowe (Wills); and his father-in-law Robert Blilie. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Blilie; his sons, Tyler Rowe (Amanda) and Dane Rowe (Jamie); his grandchildren, Emma, Ella (Tyler), Liam, Gavin and Leif (Dane); his sisters, Cheryl Rowe (Fred), Cyndi Williams (Rick) and Wendy Rowe (Denette Danielson); and his mother-in-law Lois Blilie.

Memorials may be made to Carolyn Rowe.
