He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas and Pauline; his wife Cathie (Cathie); and his siblings, Tom Leonard and Linda Mann (Lorne "Dave", Sr.).
He is survived by: his children, Gaye Lehman (Bill) of Stoughton, WI and Scott Leonard (Betsy Olson) of Shawnee, KS; his sister-in-law Marilla Svinicki (Jay) of The Hills, TX; his granddaughter Michelle Nelson (Alex) of Leawood, KS; and his great grandchildren, Olivia and John Nelson. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
