He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Hoffman and Agnes Hoffman (Rousse); his brother Rudy Hoffman; his brothers-in-law, Art Johnson and Hank Williams; and his parents-in-law, Hank and Ellen Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Willie; his children, Stacey Jacobson (Rick) and Joe (Angella); his grandchildren, Samantha (Pedro), Jeremy, Noah (Mina) and Caine; his great grandchildren, Sawyer and Ava; and his sister-in-law Virginia Johnson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Ann Catholic Church (323 N Van Buren St, Stoughton, WI 53589). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:10 PM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 12:10 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 12:15 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
