It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Arlene Deegan of Stoughton, Wisconsin, born in Brooklyn, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 18, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Keith and Grace; her husband John Deegan; her siblings, Elaine Miller, LaVonne Syse (Bob) and Rodney Weaver (Betty); and her son-in-law Tim Davis.

She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Hanson (Lowell), Peggy Bursack (David), Pamela Helstad (Rick) and Paula Davis (late Tim); and her grandchildren, Matt Bursack (Tia), Nick Helstad (Jenny), David Hanson (Stacy), Melissa Whitaker (Geoffrey), Sarah Stormer (Caleb), Leah Rader (Josh), Jessica Coursen (Bruce), Naomi Seid (John), Angela Mills (Jeremy), Jennifer Heckman (Steve) and Natalie Erickson. She is also survived by 29 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
