John Henry Deegan Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Henry Deegan of Stoughton, Wisconsin, born in Janesville, Wisconsin, who passed away on August 28, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Deegan and Madelyn Deegan (Kelly). He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Weaver; his daughters, Patricia Hanson (Lowell), Peggy Bursack (David), Pamela Helstad (Rick) and Paula Davis (late Tim); his siblings, Richard Deegan, Joyce Ann Vale and Micki Purnell; and his grandchildren, Matt Bursack (Tia), Nick Helstad (Jenny), David Hanson (Stacy), Melissa Whitaker (Geoffrey), Sarah Stormer (Caleb), Leah Rader (Josh), Jessica Coursen (Bruce), Naomi Seid (John), Jennifer Heckman (Steve), Angela Mills (Jeremy) and Natalie Erickson. He is also survived by 29 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
