She was predeceased by: her parents, James Fields and Pauline Fields (Pond); her brother Dale Fields; and her father-in-law Gerald Johnson (Dorothy). She is survived by: her husband Randy Johnson; her children, Carrie Johnson-Erb (Aaron), Jamie Johnson and Shane Johnson; her grandchildren, Steven, Armon, Mikel, Tyler, Taevon, Danielle and Evelyn; her siblings, Gary Fields (Julie), Larry Fields and Denise Fields; and her sisters-in-law, Brenda Tincher (Mark), Renee Johnson and Rochelle Johnson.
