He was predeceased by: his wife Rita Sarbacker; his brothers, Rodger and Gordon; and his great grandchild Gabby Mae Forbes. He is survived by: his children, Mark Hocking and Lora Heady (Tom); his grandchildren, Acacia Haak, Marcus Hocking, Brianna Hocking, Dylan Hocking, Jessica Pearson (Nic), Shaun Heady (Lindsay), Angie Skaggs (Bob) and Bob Mattman (Becky); his great grandchildren, Noemi Cervantes, Lilianna Pearson, Cameron Pearson, Lincoln Forbes and Charolette Kelly; and his sisters, Ruth, Judy (Don), Barb (Darrell) and Lois. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
