He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Noyce, and Mildred Noyce, Sr. (Offerdahl); his wife Virginia; his siblings, Paul Noyce, Doug Noyce and Sandra Jones; and his stepsons, Kelly and Patrick Wilson.
He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Bonnie Noyce and Tom Rabe (Mary Beth); his daughter-in-law Jan Rasmussen; and his close friend Debra Probst. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
