He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Kroll and Elsie Kroll (Shoults); his wife Marion Waller; his daughter Jodi Martin; his granddaughter Amy Martin-Phiffer; and his siblings, Bernard, Kenneth, Eugene and Vivian.
He is survived by: his children, Tracy Kroll (Tessa) of Tyler, Cary Kroll of Beloit, Daniel Kroll (Karen) of Lilongwe, Malawi, Africa and Constance Paustian (Mark) of New Ulm, Minn.; his son-in-law Michael Martin of Bradenton, Fla.; and his stepdaughters, Teri Miller (Gary), Dona Meyer (Craig) and Madison. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.
Memorials may be made to Western Koshkonong Lutheran Church or St. Croix Hospice, Wisconsin.
