He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome V. Blachowiak and Doris Blachowiak; his wife Karen; his cousin Doris Ann Barbian; and his sisters, Florence Bonorato (Jack) and Theresa Blachowiak.
He is survived by: his cousin Jim; his children, Anna Burns, Becky Maher (John), Christopher Blachowiak (Stephanie) and David Blachowiak (Tiersa); his grandchildren, Avery, Samantha, Addison, Carolina, Leah, Jackson, Embry, Laney, Carley, Grant and Bryn; his friend Jim Barbian; and his sister-in-law Marilyn. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the St. Philip's Catholic Church (5750 Frost Ave, Stone Lake, WI 54876). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A celebration of life will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 2:30 PM at 16618w N Sissabagama Rd, Stone Lake, WI 54876.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be sent to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research or the Chippewa Valley YMCA.
