He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll Carmody and Opal Carmody (Larson); his daughters, Carress Carmody and Cayla Welch; and his brother David Carmody.
He is survived by: his daughter Cassandra Carmody; and his siblings, Linda Bennington (Robert), Karen Ott (Thomas), Donna Gajewski (Gary), Michael Carmody (Brenda) and Brian Carmody (Ann). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
