With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Garnet C. Sandwick of Stoddard, Wisconsin, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Garnet left this world on January 7, 2025 at the age of 98, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Shelly Dennison and Ellen Dennison (Stilwell); her husband LaVerne Sandwick; her siblings, Doris Larson (Lyle) and William Dennison; and her daughter Cathy Fosdal.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Levendoski (Fred) and Jim Sandwick (Debbie); her son-in-law Terry Fosdal; her siblings-in-law, Hazel Gouwens, Shirley Sandvick, Roy, Iris Sandvick and Ray Sandvick; her grandchildren, Terry Levendoski, Ellen House (Steve), Justin Sandwick (Mischa) and Kara Fosdal; and her great grandchildren, Macey Barry (Noah), Emilia, Levi Sandwick and Ryan House. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Stoddard Community Methodist Church (900 Broadway St, Stoddard, WI 54658). A memorial service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Stoddard United Methodist Church (900 Broadway St, Stoddard, WI 54658). A burial was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 11:45 AM at the Stoddard Cemetery.
