She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Helgeson and Tilly Helgeson. She is survived by: her husband Greg Furlano Sr.; her children, Karen Long (Jeff), Steve Furlano (Deb), Kay Furlano, Karla Berra (Terry), Greg Furlano Jr. (Coni), Gary Furlano (Lori), Karlene Englerth (Mark) and Kim Furlano (Jim Michels); and her sisters, Anna Pedretti and Arla Furlano. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

In accordance with her wishes in lieu of flowers, donations may be given to St. Charles Church or the Genoa Harmony Fire Department in memory of Evie Furlano.
