With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Ellen Scott of Stitzer, Wisconsin, born in Lancaster, Wisconsin, who passed away on May 8, 2023 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Reuter and Wilma Reuter (Allen); and her parents-in-law, Leonard and Agnes Scott (Gary Scott). She is survived by: her husband Gary Scott; her children, Theodore "Ted" Scott (Sarah Niesen) of Madison, Brad Scott (Kim Bowman-Scott) of Atlanta, GA and Tara Scott (Kyle Collins) of Highland; her stepsons, John Scott of Madison and Jason Scott (Molly Kilkenny) of Windsor; her grandchildren, Eryn, Lexi and Janson Scott; her stepgrandchildren, Kemper and Jake Scott; her siblings, Carol Parker (Rick) of Prairie and Larry Reuter (Sharon) of Bloomington; her sisters-in-law, Connie Zeitler (Harold) of Crosby, MN, Joyce Ley of Livingston and Barbara Youngell (Thomas) of Green Bay; and her pet Tia. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of plants and flowers, a memorial fund is being established in loving memory of Ruth Ellen Scott.
