He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon "Ole" and Pauline Loy (Grant); his sons, David and Joseph Loy; his great grandchild Kaila Jenkins; and his sisters, Helen Thompson (John) and Suzanne Meier (Frank).
He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Fitzsimons; his son Mark Loy (Vickie Burggraf) of Livingston; his grandchildren, Michelle Wesenberg (Chad), Allan Loy (Erika Varela) and Ryan Loy (Mandi Brunswick); his daughter Ann Jenkins (Jeff) of Platteville; his grandchildren, Amanda Freidag (Tim), Josh Jenkins (Beth Tatge), Laurel Jenkins, Alison Jenkins and Jaidin Jenkins (Brooke Gardner); his daughter Susan Marx (Robert) of Appleton; his grandchildren, Bethany, Becky and Breanna Marx; his siblings, Abraham Lincoln Loy of Florida and Rosalie Kretchman (Jim) of Fennimore; and his former wife Beverly Loy of Platteville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
