It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William H. Houtary of Stevens Point, Wisconsin, born in Pence, Wisconsin, who passed away on May 13, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arvid Houtary and Anne Houtary (Anderson); and his siblings, Herbert Houtary (Sonja), Arlene Crase (Simon-Bud), Richard Houtary (Annmarie) and Phillip.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Zarecki Jaworski Houtary; and his children, Judith Jaworski, James Jaworski, Jane Leton (Larry) and Garolyn Nitka (Jim).
