He is survived by: his wife Angela Hughes; his children, Matthew of Auburndale, Zachary of Chicago and Jaimee of Stevens Point; his grandson Theodore of Stevens Point; his mother Shirley Eisenbarth (Mark) of Algona; his siblings, Maggie Buscher (Craig) of Algona, Timothy Martinson (Ronda) of Buffalo Center, Todd Martinson Page (Roxie) of Whittemore, Troy Martinson (Shelly Miller) of Sioux City, Wade Eisenbarth (Mary) of Algona and Zane Eisenbarth (Nicole) of Peoria; his sister-in-law Peggy Murphy (Kevin Kortuem); his close friends, Jerry Sampson and Chris Langreck; and also, Patrick, Shirley Hughes and Kevin Murphy. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
