He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Derby and Dorothy Derby (Kordus); and his brother Michael. He is survived by: his wife Sue; his children, Megan Wardinski (Benjamin) and Wade Derby (Jenna); his grandchildren, Grayson, Bentley, Harrison, Ryleigh and Maddox; and his siblings, Deborah MacDonald (Wayne), Rodney Derby (Mary) and Mary Derby. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
