With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas A. Orlikowski of Stevens Point, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 13, 2023 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Myron Orlikowski and Jeannette Orlikowski; and his brother Richard Orlikowski. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Hoffman; his daughter Kendra Gagas (Chad) of Ellis; his grandsons, Brandon (Valerie) of Plover, Mason and Harrison; his stepgrandchildren, Emily and Connor; his siblings, Donna Orlikowski of Milwaukee, WI, Michael (Jacque) of Schofield, David (Annette) of Riverton, Dale of Ellis, Kurt (Kathy) of Plover and Karl (Marcia) of Custer; and his close friend Randy Maslowski. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.

He needed a second kidney transplant in 1989, donated by his brother Kurt.
