He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Folz and Dolores Folz (Bartkowiak); and his sister Denise Folz. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Morgan; his sons, Keith of Stevens Point and Aaron Folz of Stevens Point; and his brothers, Lee Folz (Jean) of Stevens Point, Neil Folz (Mary) of Wisconsin Rapids and Mark Folz (Stacey) of Stevens Point.
In Lieu of flowers, a memorial in Terry's name will be established at a later date.
