She was predeceased by: her parents, John Mayek and Louise Mayek; and her brother John Mayek Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Edward Kubowski; her children, Chris Kubowski of Bancroft, Charisse Wanta (Tony) of Junction City and Cassy Krutza (Rusty) of Stevens Point; her siblings, David Mayek (Brenda) of Stevens Point, Ronald Mayek (Laureen) of Junction City, Keefe Mayek of Stevens Point, Alan Mayek (Jodi) of Stevens Point, Joseph Mayek of Junction City and Linda Prince (Gary); her grandchildren, Dustin Wanta (Carmen Cybula) of Junction City, Cody Kubowski of Wisconsin Rapids, Kyle Krutza of Stevens Point and Bridget Krutza (Dakota Smith) of Stevens Point; her great grandchildren, Silas Krutza of Stevens Point and Myles Steele of Wisconsin Rapids; and her friends, Gayle Linzmeier and Barb Groshek.
